Unfortunately, we do not currently accept any health insurance for purchases on our website. If you already have a prescription for a home sleep test or CPAP equipment and would like to use your health insurance, please contact us at 1.877.270.7587.
Can I use my HSA or FSA account to make my purchase?
As long as your provider does not require that a pin be used during your purchase, you may use your HSA or FSA Visa or Mastercard.
How do I decide which mask will work best for me?
We’re here to help! If you have any questions or would like more information about the different mask options available, call us at 888.881.3991. We can talk through your lifestyle and sleep patterns to determine what options will work best for you. You can also shop from the different lifestyle categories on the CPAP mask section of the website.
Can I exchange my mask if it is not working me?
Yes, we offer a no risk 30 day free return policy. Feel free to call us for assistance exchanging your mask or for help in choosing the right mask for you.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday - Friday generally ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day.
How will my order be shipped?
We utilize multiple shipping methods. Most standard shipments will be delivered by the US Postal Service. Expedited shipping methods are also available.
Do I need a prescription to order?
A prescription is required for all CPAP machines and mask purchases. If you have already been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, you can use the prescription provided by your physician. If you have not yet been diagnosed, we have partnered with our sister company, Home Sleep Delivered, to offer at home sleep tests.

You have two options:
