These Respironics magnetic headgear clips are for Wisp and DreamWisp Nasal CPAP Masks. This upgraded clip from the original standard clip are much easier to use. The strong magnet keeps them in place, although they can easily be removed by pulling in an outward direction. The magnetic clips can be used with either the clear silicone frame or fabric frame.
