Order Processing and Shipment Times
LifeRested makes every effort to ship all orders the same day the order is received. Typically orders placed and cleared prior to 12:00pm CST will ship the same day.
LifeRested ships orders Monday through Friday. We do not fulfill orders on Saturday or Sunday and holidays.
All CPAP machines and complete mask systems require a valid prescription. CPAP machine and complete mask system orders will not ship until a valid receipt is received and verified. You may upload, email, or fax your prescription to us a firstname.lastname@example.org or fax 800-943-1795. You will be prompted to upload your script upon check out.
LifeRested ships via UPS, Federal Express, USPS, and DHL. We select the third party shipping provider based various criteria including the level of shipping service selected, product ordered, and location of delivery. A valid street address is required. We do not currently ship to PO boxes.
You will receive a shipping confirmation which will include the carrier and tracking information.
We do not currently offer international shipping. We only currently ship within the continental United States.
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Any orders under $100 will incur a $7.95 shipping charge. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days.
Expedited orders are available at an additional charge. Please review your options at checkout.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Will we strive to accommodate any changes or cancellations, most orders are shipped same day, often times within hours. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 888-881-3991. We will do our best to assit you,but cannot guarantee your order can be updated. If it is too late to change or cancel your order, you will be required to follow our return policy.
