Returns & Exchanges

Please note, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on Home Sleep Test orders.  All Home Sleep Test orders are final sale.

Returns:

LifeRested is pleased to offer free returns on all complete mask systems, CPAP machines, and cleaning machines within 30 day of the purchase date.  If you wish to return your complete mask system, CPAP machine, or cleaning machine, please contact our customer service team for a free return shipping label.  You can contact us at 888-881-3991 or email us at info@liferested.com.  All CPAP machine and complete mask system returns must be received in their original packaging with all items included with the original shipment.  This includes any manuals, paperworks, parts, power supplies, etc.  Any return that does not include all originally shipped items may be refused.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns on any other item.  If you wish to return any other item, it must be in it's original, unopened condition.  You are responsible for the return shipping cost.  We recommend using a trackable service such as Fedex, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail to ensure you’re item arrives at our shipping facility.  We are not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.  Please note, a $5.00 restocking fee will be incurred for all non CPAP machine or complete mask system returns.  We are not able to accept returns for any opened or used merchandise, with the exception of complete mask systmes within 30 days of purchase.

All returns will be inspected upon receipt.  We reservice the right to refuse any refund based on the condition the return is received.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item we require that you create a new purchase for the item that you wish to exchange for and return the item that you do not want to keep.  Once we receive the returned items we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment for those items as long as your return is consistent with our return guidelines as described above.  By managing exchanges through separate transactions we are able to better track and manage all aspects of your various transactions. If you wish to exchange any item, please contact us so that we may assist you with your exchange purchase and waive the normal restocking fee.  You can reach us at 888-881-3991.
