Product Details

The ResMed Swift™ FX for Her is a nasal pillow style CPAP mask designed with women in mind. This nasal pillow system uses a small silicone cushion insert that seals directly to the nostrils for minimal mask leak. The Swift™ FX for Her uses a unique head gear strap that attaches the silicone frame on the top of the head and an adjustable pink fabric strap in the back. You can avoid the unsightly CPAP mask marks on your face by using the pink mask strap pads included. The Swift™ FX for Her uses dual-wall pillows and a flexible cushion base to maintain a seal while adapting to movement. The only nasal pillow system that offers an ultra-lightweight 360 degree spring-flex tubing system that allows the patient to relax enough to forget the system is even on. Maintenance on the ResMed system is simple because it's super-compact and contains so few parts. Includes extra small, small, and medium nasal pillows.

Product Features

Dual Wall Pillows

The nasal pillows are designed with dual-wall flaps with improved support and comfort. The cushion's base is outfitted with an integrated flexible chamber that provides stability for side sleepers. This added flexibility accommodates movement and a reliable seal at high therapy pressures. The Swift FX has been tested up to 20cm of water pressure and can maintain a consistent seal even at maximum therapy.

Enhanced Headgear

Leading in innovation, ResMed introduces a soft, silicone-based headgear that cradles your face. Made from similar, silicone material found in cushions and pillows, the Swift FX headgear lightly rests on the user's cheeks and feels like nothing is there at all. This streamlined design helps foster a sense of freedom and promotes early CPAP acceptance.

Petite & Lightweight

Petite, Lightweight, and Travel Friendly Calling the Swift FX 'minimal' is not a fair description. The mask's frame is practically invisible with the pillow cushion connecting seamlessly with the rest of the mask. A set of "lock and key" quick-release tabs secure the silicone headgear straps and allow for easy removal from the frame. The minimal design creates an ergonomic feel and allows for reading or watching TV at bedtime, even with glasses on.

Ultra Quiet

The exhalation ports are located on the frame, not on the cushion, allowing air to disperse gently outward and away from the user. This improvement has dampened audible motor whine and airflow noise. Sound levels have been reduced to only 25 decibels at the mask.

There are three primary types of masks. Full Face, Nasal, and Nasal Pillows.

Full masks cover the nose and mouth and are the best choice for mouth breathers.

Nasal masks fit over the nose, covering the areas from the bridge of the nose down to the upper lip. The nasal cushion serves as an air pocket inflating with air which leads to a more natural breathing experience.

Nasal pillow masks are compact and lightweight with minimal facial contact. Two small cushions fit into or around the nostrils and direct airflow into the nose.

How often should I clean my mask?

You should clean your mask every day, or after each use. You should clean your headgear and tubing every week.

You should hand wash your mask and headgear by gently rubbing in warm water with mild soap. All components should be rinsed well with drinking-quality water and allowed to air dry out of direct sunlight.

Automated cleaning systems and cleaning wipes are great alternatives as long as you are using them regularly.
